Welcome to pa33.cam ("pa33", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). pa33 is an English-language online gaming information platform serving users in the Pakistani market and internationally. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and pa33 governing your access to and use of the pa33.cam website and all associated content, services and features.

pa33 provides educational and informational content relating to sports betting, live casino games, bonus analysis and responsible gambling. pa33 does not directly operate a gambling service. References to gameplay, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses reflect general industry practices and illustrative examples for informational purposes only.

By accessing or using pa33.cam in any manner — including browsing content, creating an account or engaging with any feature of the Platform — you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction (at minimum 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by your local law or the applicable operator licence jurisdiction);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by law;
• All information you provide to pa33 is accurate, complete and not misleading;
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that past outcomes do not guarantee future results.

These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the terms and conditions of any third-party operator whose platform you may access via information provided on pa33.cam. Each operator operates under its own separate legal framework.

To create and maintain an account on pa33, users must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction. pa33 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. Any account found to belong to a person under the applicable minimum age will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of the Platform and any associated gambling activity is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling.
3. Single Account: Each user may hold only one registered account. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a form of prohibited conduct that may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
4. Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Registering on behalf of another person, using false information or impersonating any individual is strictly prohibited.
5. Not Self-Excluded: Users who are currently subject to a self-exclusion order — whether through pa33, another operator or a regulatory body — are not eligible to register or maintain an active account.

Upon registration, users are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process before being permitted to make deposits, claim bonuses or request withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the preceding three months (e.g., a bank statement or utility bill);
• Source of funds documentation, where required by the operator's compliance procedures.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. pa33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a user's failure to maintain credential security. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pa33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account is being operated in breach of these Terms, applicable law or the platform's fair-use policies.

pa33 supports deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where available. The following payment references are cited for contextual familiarity only — pa33 does not represent that Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other named provider endorses, permits or supports gambling-related transactions:

• Mobile Wallets: Easypaisa, JazzCash — availability subject to each provider's transaction policies and the operator's current cashier configuration.
• Instant Payment Rails: Raast (SBP's interbank payment system) — subject to individual bank integration and transaction review procedures.
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other major Pakistani banks — subject to each institution's own rules regarding transaction types.
• Cryptocurrency: BTC and USDT accepted where available, subject to network fees, exchange rate fluctuations and operator crypto policy.

Minimum deposit amounts, processing fees, deposit limits and method availability vary by operator and may change without notice. Users must verify current payment options directly in the live cashier before initiating any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

• KYC Completion: All identity and address verification must be completed and approved prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Wagering Clearance: Any active bonus must be fully wagered in accordance with applicable rollover requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Method Matching: Where possible, withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operator policy.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, verification status and the operator's internal compliance review procedures. pa33 does not guarantee specific processing timelines. E-wallet and instant payment methods may process faster than bank transfers, but no speed is guaranteed.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and may vary by method. Users should refer to the live cashier for current applicable limits.

pa33 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal where this is considered necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in delays or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

All bonuses and promotional offers on pa33 are subject to specific terms and conditions that govern their use. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's individual terms:

• Wagering / Rollover: Bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. A 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying stakes. These are illustrative examples only.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, maximum individual bet sizes are restricted — typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000, or as specified in the promotional terms. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering completion. Slots may contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute as little as 5–20%. Refer to each promotion's terms for the applicable rates.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an activation deadline and a wagering completion deadline. Bonuses not activated or wagering not completed within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky bonuses remain in the account balance but cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings generated from the bonus are withdrawable. Non-sticky bonuses are removed from the balance before any withdrawal is processed.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap regardless of the actual balance achieved. Illustrative example: a PKR 25,000 maximum cash-out limit on a 100% welcome offer.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address and per payment method.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform or any platform described herein:

• Odds Display: Odds are presented in decimal format. The decimal value represents the total return per unit staked, including the original stake. Users are responsible for understanding the odds format in use and calculating their own implied probability and expected return before placing any bet.
• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the operator at the time of placement. The operator reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where system errors, incorrect odds or suspicious activity are detected.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: Markets covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Test and ODI series, and other Pakistan cricket events are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Markets may be suspended during live events at the operator's discretion.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in cases including but not limited to: match abandonment, technical failure, manifest error in odds or market suspension due to external events. Voided bet stakes are returned to the user's account balance.
• In-Play / Live Betting: In-play markets carry additional risk due to the speed of odds movement. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled. Users are advised to exercise particular discipline when engaging with live markets.

Users of pa33 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Violation of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and/or forfeiture of all funds and bonuses without prior notice:

• Operating more than one account on the Platform, either personally or in association with others;
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using fraudulent payment instruments, stolen card details or misappropriated funds;
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation ("bonus abuse");
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage or any form of organised fraud directed at obtaining an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or third-party software to interact with Platform features in an automated manner without prior written consent;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse engineer its source code or interfere with its normal operation;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or use of the Platform to conceal the origin of funds;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by law.

pa33 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation involving suspected criminal activity conducted via this Platform.

pa33 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. The following principles and tools are integral to Platform operation:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction. Minors must not access, use or attempt to register on this Platform.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to cap the amount they can fund their account within a given period. Once set, reduction of limits takes immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set loss limits to restrict the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period, helping to prevent uncontrolled losses during a gaming session.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session timers and reality-check notifications can be activated to remind users of elapsed time during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours to several months) or permanent self-exclusion. Requests are actioned promptly. Self-excluded users are ineligible to receive promotional communications.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a cooling-off period during which they will not be able to make deposits or place bets, while retaining the option to log in and manage their account.

All content, materials and intellectual property on pa33.cam — including but not limited to text, editorial articles, images, graphics, page layouts, software code, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logo designs and domain names — are the exclusive property of pa33 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from pa33.cam may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, scraped or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pa33. Limited, non-commercial personal use for reference purposes is permitted provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

The pa33 name, logo and associated brand assets are trademarks of pa33. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product, service or platform not operated by pa33 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa33 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on any third-party platform referenced or described on pa33.cam;
• Inaccuracies, errors or omissions in any content published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, bonus figures, processing times and payment method availability;
• Interruption, suspension or discontinuation of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages or force majeure events;
• Actions taken by any third-party operator in relation to a user's account, including account suspension, fund withholding or bet settlement decisions;
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

pa33 operates as an information and educational resource only. Any reliance placed on information published on pa33.cam for the purposes of making gambling decisions is entirely at the user's own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pa33 is incorporated and licensed to operate, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any dispute.

Where a user accesses pa33.cam from Pakistan, they acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable legislation — may impose additional obligations or restrictions on their use of the Platform. pa33 does not operate under any Pakistani government licence and makes no claim that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan.

pa33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via the Platform or by email where contact details are available.

Amended Terms become effective upon publication on pa33.cam. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" field displayed at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
